the location was convenient with easy access to public transport.

The room i was given was quite noisy because of its proximity to the elevator. This made it hard to sleep well. furthermore, the bathroom was small. It was difficult to move around comfortably. the staff also seemed somewhat indifferent, never offered much assistance.

every member of staff was polite and very helpful. it was also very useful to have the facility to leave luggage at the hotel. this helped me to do things i couldn't have done before departing later on the last day of my stay.

i have reserved the superior double room with twin beds and it was a horror. the room was dark loud and smelly. the size was less then 6m2 inside.
